I am male, weight 125 pounds and 15 yrs old. Just wondering if this is a healthy weight. Also please include how I can look better for the ladies and how to lose all my belly fat and get abs.

First of all, it is hard to tell with teenagers, and secondly, one would need to know your height in order to even somewhat tell if you are healthy or not.

It depends, on your height, your excersize, your diet, and of course the amount of muscle you have. If you have no muscle, and *you* think you have a little too much fat, then maybe you should do something to make yourself feel better. But think positively, your a teenager! You have a metabolism, eating regularly but in smaller portions among the day, helps your metabolism speed up (Helping you lose weight, trust me, I know from experience) Listen to some good music, do some crunches, and there is your abs!
