Biotin does not make your hair grow faster, it's a myth. In fact, the only thing that makes your hair grow slower is malnutrition. And there are 2 things that make your hair grow faster... 1) going from malnourished to nourished, and 2) pregnancy hormones. That's it. Any other thing that claims to change the rate of hair growth is 100% false When you drink juice, you get no nutritional benefit from the fruit. You just get the sugar. Eating the fruit would make you absorb the fiber properly... you do not absorb liquid fiber. Without the fiber, you don't get the vitamins or anything else in the fruit, except for the sugar. Eat food.

No vegetable can really help hair growth. Not noticeably enough to see the difference anyway. You might want to try eating a bit more calcium though, and of course, don't get your hair cut. At all. That whole 'cutting your hair makes it grow' thing isn't true. I had my hair just past my ears about summer 2 years, and had to resist cutting it to get it to the length it's at. Now it's a couple inches past my shoulder.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://tinyurl.im/aH7QW While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

All fruits are fresh vegetables. A "vegetable" is a plant, any part of which can be used for food.

In the superstore, fruits are usually picked out far too soon. Some are rocks, many are bitter. Some of the fruit and vegetables are right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
