If my cat or dog was bald for sure I would stroke it because it's a cat/dog. Cat's/dog's need their lovin. I think that if it's bald the cat/dog will still enjoy it. Atleast make it feel normal. So yes I would.

if my cat was bald i would still stoke it. i would just change his name to Mr. Bigglesworth. as far as my dog is conserned, i don't even stroke him with hair.
