Yes, but depending on how heavy the mirror is, you may want to use wall anchors and make sure you hang it where a wall stud is supporting the weight.

I would put a wire between the two hooks, rather than trying to hang the mirror drectly by the hooks. Then use screws, not nails, since screws are less likely to come out of the wall due to the weight put on them. Be sure the screws either go into studs behind the drywall, or that you use anchors - otherwise the screws will be at risk for coming out of the wall also. Use two screws, spaced almost as far apart as the outter width of the mirror, but not quite. Then hang the mirror on the scews by resting the wire on them, and balance it to make it straight.

Hope that helps, good luck.

Locate where the hooks should be placed at the desirable height and attach the heavier duty picture frame hooks on the wall. The mirror loops will hook onto the picture frame hooks and will be secured. Just make sure that the placement of the hooks keeps your mirror level.

2 tips...
since it's got hooks already, you can avoid the hammer and nail damage in wall if you hang one of the adhesive picture-hangers (it's a cloth-like square with a hook on it....it sticks to wall and you hang mirror on hook) on the wall first

OR

get the velcro adhesive tape....cut a piece or two off and stick to back of mirror (you can take the unsightly hooks off the mirror too), then cut the other velcro strip and place on wall where you want mirror to hang....press velcro strips together....PRESTO
