I hate this hate this hate this.Im not a hypochondriac but its starting to make me feel like one.The doctors haven't written me off as one I suppose so they checked me out with all clear so they mark it down as depression..Well that all well and fine for them. But im stuck wondering whether or not im crazy or just fell into a black hole of disease and they have no clue.I grant you it started with being depressed but Im not depressed. The only thing im depressed about is not know what the heck im dealing with..I hear my pulse or what seems to be in my ears Ok..I can understand that its said to be benign loss of weight causing loss of padding..yeah maybe..Ok..Pain in different areas of the head .not excruciating but just there..at times.Arms and legs feel odd, this could be from laying around.Heart has a mind of its own beating fast when should be slow and slow when it should be fast..A multitude of symptoms dealing with facial sensations that are not numbness but just like dry skin ..

Arms and legs feeling weak or odd at times ..and sensations of electricity in my right side ..twitches and pain where I have never had it before and neck aches bones popping in the neck like they are coming apart..Skin sometimes feeling odd like no feeling in it..Sometimes like someone gave me an extra coffee or something out of the blue.. just nervousness...I have asked the doctors about thyroid test, and anything else that could be causing the many symptoms and they say nothing to test for because no real consecutive symptoms of anything. Maybe its because im older now in my 50's and not used to aches and pains..maybe its all arthritis related or something simple like that but if im not depressed its enough to make me that way .. Any way please don't say im a hypo or nut im just a person trying to find out what the heck is different..We moved to a place almost 9000 ft above where we were and so cold its like the anartica..Could this be the reason for this and just take care of myself

I have seen a specialist and another doctor and a nurse and they say there is nothing I mentioned to them that could really mean anything.. could it just be age and im not used to it...and climate change..its not altitude sickness I just dont have that.. been checked..Its gotten to the place where when I feel descent I get scared and swear there has to be something wrong im feeling too good lol.. anybody else think its just maybe adjustment and old age?

Speaking as a Certified Hypnotherapist, I have seen your symptoms - although not all of them at once- and for the most part, once they have been ruled out as organic in nature, it all relates to stress from change - especially later in life after being set for a long time...it's not that unusual - although you do mention a lot of things going on...psychosomatic manifestations are not uncommon, doesn't mean your nuts and are easily reduced once you point to the cause(s)....then you need become at peace with yourself....then you will be fine....

Sounds pretty scary to me, especially when the doctors can't pin point it. Some of it might both be age and altitude, but I said some, don't know about the rest. I am in my 50's and 4 years ago moved to Denver. My legs hurt when I walked even for a short period of time but I sort of got use to that even though they still hurt sometime. The latest thing, last year is unexplained headaches, almost like migraines, last 4 months 2 numb fingers on left hand, they now think it's carpal tunnel syndrome, probable from using computer. Things never all go away at the same time. But we are getting older and some of the symtoms will pass, just have to deal with the rest and if they change see a doctor again.

Once your body hits 25, it stops growing and starts its slow decline into old age. Nonetheless, you seem to be experiencing symptoms that are more recent. Here is what I think (in trying to put myself at your age): You are a bit scared about being older, which is perfectly normal and you are experiencing an anxiety disorder...your thoughts are controlling your body and bodily chemicals. I have been dealing with a panic disorder for 14 years already and I am only 28.
BUT, if it is not anxiety and depression, then it could be a thyroid disorder. Either way, at your age, you should be getting regular blood tests (once/year) so you need to start demanding that you doctor do this. Finally, consider acupuncture, and other alternative therapies, if the blood work shows no problems. If you are healthy then you should be content. Try hypnosis (it works) and try cutting out caffeine from your diet (I need to do this too)...Good luck to you, hope that you feel better!

Im not sure if i can help you, but i hope you feel better soon.
Perhaps it is a dramatic change in climate and your body is thinking "what the heck!?" but don't know. If the doctors say it is nothing, then maybe specialists? they know a lot more about things. If nothing comes back i guess you could try and ignore it? (sorry best i can come up with :().
Its horrible feeing aches and pains and weird heart beat, i know. My heart has a pulse of its own at times, it skips beats.. doctors said it would go away but it comes back when i get very stressed and emotional. and it scares me, best thing i can do when things bug me/ freak me out
is after i checked with doctors is kinda distract myself.
But i hope you get threw it and maybe it is just the change in location climate and alititude. those things have some weird effects

You have alot of symptoms, not explained by a single diagnosis. They seem to change by the minute. It does not sound serious, and that is why the MD's try to reassure you. But it is a very hard thing for you to have, and for a medical professional to sort out easily. See your family doctor, make a list of all your complaints, and try to get 2-3 of them addressed with each visit. Then you and the doctor won't feel overwhelmed by your symptoms, as I'm sure most people are who have just read your question. Good luck.

Have an Mri done in reference to deteriated discs in the neck area. All of your symptoms describe what you would experience if that were happening. I experience the same due to bieng injured in Iraq but too young for the operation. Maybe your whole spine MRI might be better. Exercise helps.

Some of the skin symptoms sound like Raynaud's Syndrome. The heartbeat could be from high blood pressure or wax build-up or ear fluid pressure in your ears - or a combination of these.
