i have my boyfriend. he seems to be so possessive and he even get jealous with my friends. he uses to tell me always what are those things that i must not do or things that i should. i must tell him what I'm doing this time or what will i do for the day or else if not, he will get mad at me and think that i have someone else.

i can hardly understand that thing in him but i did tried to. he want me to depend on him. he want me to be very dependent on him to the extend that i cant grow as a person anymore.

I don't think most boyfriends are like that... you have a control freak and if you don't watch yourself, you're going to have an abusive boyfriend. I would just get out of it now before it gets worse.

This is not such a healthy relationship. Therefore, reconsider this relationship. You supposed to be loved and love not to be enslaved in love. Once you give in now, you might eventually lose your freedom which would affect the future. If he thinks you might be with someone else, he does not trust you. Is this the kinda relationship you want to be involved with? You have to protect yourself from the uncertain. If you let him have his way, he can sure get worse. You should talk to him about his over-protective behavior which would damage the relationship. Honestly, tell him how u feel about it and wouldnt see the relationship going anywhere if it continues on like this. Love is giving and not demanding.

Peace.

I do hope by now you realize your boyfriend is a L-O-S-E-R. Boyfriends who are "overprotective" (bullshit term by the way) are actually insecure, jealous, obsessive and inherently abusive as a result.

Get out NOW, run and never look back. Boyfriends who are jealous of your friends are such because they know your friends will tell you how much of a loser he is and encourage you to break it off with him, which he finds terrifying so he wants to control you and alienate you from them so you won't leave him; which eventually you'll do anyways but you'll have lost your friends by then.

You answered your own Question. The active word, in that is "BOY". Once you grow up. We become much less commanding. And more about willing to give into the whims and desires of Our Ladies that we fancy.
