Hopefully all of them and they should make the same law for other countries that way when people from foreign countires come to the US they'll already be accustomed.I pulled up at the mall the other day and happened to park next to a SUV that had 3 unattended babies in it. Youngest was probally like 6 months and oldest was like 2 years old. I was so angry when i saw this, i waited next to the SUV to see if someone was coming back to get the kids, waited like 10 minutes and called 911, just as i was talking to 911 the foreign lady came and hopped in her car and left. I was mad i tried to give her licence plate but unfortuantly she only had like a temp paper tag.

that's a criminal offense in each state to bypass away babies unattended in a vehicle. particularly in a vehicle that's working or in severe warmth or chilly. all of it is named infant Endangerment and can advise detention center time for the grownup and foster guard the babies.

For what lenght of time? Just to go into the house to get something, none.
Leaving them in the car and being gone for hours, all.
