i am going to a water park and i need to loes weight cause i have thick thighs but everything eles is fine what should i do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

exercise honey but don't be embarased of your body. You should never be embarrased. And play up your points that you like. Try wearing a skirt suit that covers your legs or swim shorts. I wore those for years. Play up what you want people to look at. But most of all, stop fretting about what other people think. You are at the park to have fun, so have it.

Well you can lose weight on your thighs by doing a lot of squats, cardio and dieting. If you don't lose the weight on time, you should get a specific swim suit that covers that. There are things which i forgot what they are called but they look like a piece of material that you wrap around your waist. They look really pretty and classy. You can also wear swim trunks over your swimsuit.

Exercise. And also every week eliminate a certain meat from your diet and substitute it with something healthier. And then after a while u won't be eating any meat which REALLY helps A LOT. Drink plenty of water, do leg exercises.
And don't get lazy!

Well, if you are trying to lose weight fast, it is not possible.

I recommend eating right and eating less and exercise more and vigorously.

You can do squats, use a leg press, go to the gym/community center, and probably in about 2-4 weeks, you will see major differences.

I used to have the same problem. I did 4 sets of 12 squats with no weight just the bar at a gyn at my school. That helped a lot.

Depending on how long you have before your trip, you could exercise and diet for a few months. I am sure you would loose some weight.

My advice is pilates. Why don't you just buy some boardshorts "quick dries"?? They have cute Roxy, Billabong, Quicksilver brands and they are actually pretty common.

Don't worry it looks very nice for a girl to wear boy shirts.
