Duck sauce is an orange hued Chinese condiment, also widely known as Plum sauce. Duck sauce is used in Chinese cuisine as a dip for deep-fried dishes, such as spring rolls, egg rolls, noodles, and deep-fried chicken balls. It is made from sweet plums or other fruit such as peach or apricot, sugar, vinegar, ginger, and chiles.

You can make stir fry...chicken or beef, veggies and white rice with the sauce.
If you don't like that idea check out this website. They have a place where you can just type an ingredient and all recipes with that ingredient will come up. Try putting it in!
