Get to Level 2, then you just click on the upward-pointing thumb or downward-pointing thumb.

Just click on the little "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" icon beneath a person's answer.
If it's a "thumbs down" you wish to cast, that person's answer will be hidden from you on your screen.

only when you reach level 2 can you do that...so the way to give them is keep answering question and stop asking them...they cost you 5 points.
