If a guy suddenly stops calling a girl, was seen holding another girls hand and he calls her a month and a half later and she doesn´t answer the call does he have a right to be mad? Was she right for not answering the call?

Why should he be mad? He cut his ties to that young lady for another woman. That young lady is absolutely right for not accepting his calls. I admire and respect her strength.

The guy has no right to be mad what so ever. But the girl has every right what so ever because she is the one who got hurt not the guy.

He has no right to be mad. IF a girl doesn't want to call
back for any reason, she isn't going to.
If he holds another girl's hand, you have to expect one
or both of these girls to not want to call him.
If you and a girl want to be together, then be together.
If she doesn't want you holding another girl's hand,
and you wish to keep her, don't hold another girl's hand.

He has definitely given up his right to be mad after a month and a half. And, she has every right to want nothing to do with him if he has treated her like that. I can't believe that anyone would disagree with you.

You don't owe this guy anything so just get on with your life and forget about him. You deserve much better than this kind of treatment so if he's angry that's his problem, not yours.
