You should take it on walks every few hours, or let it roam outside (in a fenced yard). Make sure you play with him/her thats exercise too!

"I have a 1 1/2 yr. old Teacup female Pomeranian. Her weight topped out at 3 1/2 pounds" Spay her. "Can I have her Vet Doctor inseminate her with another Pomeranian close to her small size without doing any harm to her?" Sure but its a waste of money for a dog that is WITHIN THE DAMN BREED STANDARD FOR SIZE AND IS PET QUALITY. What part of 3-7 pounds is too hard to understand? She's not a TEACUP anything. Not to mention anything under 4 pounds should NOT be bred. "Has any one heard of this being done?" I am sure some byb or puppymill owner has done it "I really don't want to take the risk of mating her because of her small size. " There is ALWAYS a risk. "As long as there are no risks to her heath or the unborn." See above. ALWAYS "Of course her Doctor would have the final say." If said vet is not a reproductive specialist their opinion is pretty useless. " I plan on keeping the baby if this all comes into a reality." Puppies and what if she has more than one? Can you afford to keep more than two animals?

very frequently if not housebroken. Otherwise, allow the dog to go outside every few hours or so.

I would start by walking him twice a day for 10-15 minutes. Eventually, I would try to get it up to 30 minutes each time.

I'd walk him at least once a day, or more, depending on how much outdoor time he gets.
