If your eyes are functioning well (ie. you can see in 3D and you don't have double vision) it is unlikely that your eye has turned in.

If it LOOKS turned in, this could be because of a number of reasons to do with the structure of your face and the soft tissues around your eye.

The eye doctors will not do anything about your eye because it is functioning properly.

The other possibility is that your eye turns in periodically (strabismus) but I find it difficult to believe that an ophthalmologist worth his salt would miss this very basic thing.

If you are worried about it LOOKING turned in, go see your family doctor and consult them in the first instance. If it really DOES look turned in, perhaps they will refer you to a plastic surgeon who could do something to correct the look.

OR if your doctor does not think it looks turned in, perhaps all the people around you are a little odd and you're the normal looking one :-)
