is there a number of hours or do you just constantly have to keep doing it?

there isn't a set amount of hours it works. it all depends on the moisture in the air. when it is really dry out, you might have to use the sheets more often, thats just the way it works.

Ok dryer sheets do work but only for like a hour or so so be prapared

I use static guard on all my car seats, and dryer sheets in my coat pockets and use them as needed- All winter long.

I was embarrassing when I sneezed into one- but oh well, it smelled good!

OMG THIS IS A MYTH, IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!
john frieda, a hairstylist, said so!! use a anti frizz serum or a straightener.
