I would like to belive that every Muslim is a practicing Muslim, but I do not believe this to be the case. I believe the same of the Christian faith. I do not belive that people can be judged like this, and it would be presumptious to try. However, I would disagree with other answerers in that I do not believe that Muslims put on a show in Muslim countries about their faith. I would also disagree with others about the inherent violence of Islam. Islam is NOT inherently violent. It is inherently peaceful. Violence in the name of Islam is not even a "different interpretation". It is an incorrect interpretation. There are "extremists" who proclaim violence, but Islam in unequivocally a moderate religion. The Quran teaches one to be moderate in all things. Muslims are not terrorists, like on 24, or Criminal Minds, or Numb3rs, or NCIS, or the Unit, or most any other television show. By the way, I like all those shows in spite of those storylines. Sorry for the lecture.

Muslims like to claim that Islam is the fastest growing religion but the truth is " The Internet site aljazeera.net published an interview with Ahmad Al Qataani Ø£ØÙ
د اÙÙطعاÙÙ An important Islamic cleric who said: “In every hour, 667 Muslims convert to Christianity. Everyday, 16,000 Muslims convert to Christianity. Ever year, 6 million Muslims convert to Christianity."

Yes... concider that in muslim controled countries and even in other ountries where there are muslim enclaves... they have to at least put on the show of practicing for fear of severe persecution if they do not.... Christians of The True Christian Faith are not to take such action against others.... that, and the fact that there are far more who think they are or who claim to be, Christian than are... the actual number of True Christians compaired to those The world thinks of as Christian is probably 10% at best... then, the ones the world thinks of as Christian, but are not, are not being compeled, by The True Christians, to pretend to be for fear of loseing their heads...no one can be compeled to be a Christian by anyone of The True Christian Faith.

Wikipedia.org shows the stats to be:
Christians - 33%
Islam (Muslams) - 21%
of the world population
I'm unsure if these figures are accurate, as a disclaimer states that researchers largely disagree. In addition, whether these are practicing people I don' t know. Hope this helps a little.

By far the fastest growing religion in the world, and unequivocally the most violent, and dangerous of them all, you do not have to be a psyche or a brain surgeon to see where it is going.
