You seem to assume in your question that Christians are one united movement--when in fact Christianity is a fragmented mess--with more break-away sects being born daily & now number in the many thousands--as any Google search will attest--perhaps a more appropriate question would be --When Is Christianity going to stop imploding on itself??--:]

Celebrate!
2 Peter 3:9 -
The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

your premise is wrong.
no person can convert another.
God does the converting.
Christians only share the good news of Jesus Christ and the Word of God.
what people do with that is solely up to them.

I imagine they'd complain about how Christians are oppressed and how few real Christians there are, and whine about how everyone attacks them all the time.
I'm pretty sure that's what heaven is going to be like.

thats easy!
They would have to learn the difference between who jesus is and who satan is. and reject the truth of one and receive the truth of the other. They would have to endure time and service and some would become the gods of the godhead in the eloihem and become the saviours of the children who have yet to be born on worlds that have yet to be created. It is an eternal work, worlds without end.
