well, you can always bring a jump rope, do sit ups, and run in place all in the comfort of your hotel room! you can also take the stairs instead of the elevator...that would be a great substitute for running

In your room, you can do situps, push ups, jumping jacks, streches, eat healthy! you can run around in the hotel too! or you can always go for a couple laps in the pool and always make sure you take the stairs, not the elavator
