I am going to florida over spring break with my grade. i am not permitted in the workout room in the hotel, nor can i go for runs. how can i excercise?

well, you can always bring a jump rope, do sit ups, and run in place all in the comfort of your hotel room! you can also take the stairs instead of the elevator...that would be a great substitute for running

In your room, you can do situps, push ups, jumping jacks, streches, eat healthy! you can run around in the hotel too! or you can always go for a couple laps in the pool and always make sure you take the stairs, not the elavator

swim laps in the pool, isometrics, standard in place exercises jump jacks , sit ups. push ups etc

sit back relax take in the view and male/females drink eat and be merry.who needs exercise have fun
