I have a colse family member who works in the ambassadors residence in Baghdad for Blackwater. He has worked for several companies such as Blackwater but is very happy to be with them now. The requirements are tough though. He has done tours of duty in both Korea and Afganastan, was a member of the Army's Speical Forces with medical training, and is a destinguished marksman and served on the all Army Rifle Team. He also has worked in South America fighting drug wars for other companies before he got on with Blackwater. He is the Head of security with a five year contract and if he makes it all five years he will retire very well off before he is fourty years old. that's all I know.

Black water is something you should never drink. Your septic tank usually processes sewage and will send a gray water on the lawn, everything else is considered black water, mostly fecal material. Trailers have a similiar proccessing where you must periodically dump black water contents in designated areas.
