and gives me advice. the reason we are not together is bc he was not happy like he use to be and he wanted to fiqure things out with himself and what he needs to do. we do have feelings for each other, but we are not bf/gf anymore. to me things have been sounding strange and i have been confused alot about him and our situation. at times it seems like he is in to me and other times it seems like he's pushing me away. i would ask him questions to get clarity bc it seems like what he says to me does not make sense and i have the idea that there maybe another female that he is into and hooking up with. he would says things to me like i dont think there is anthor female that i could get along with and understand my personality like you. and he can see himself marrying me. but he also say that he does not want to stop me from doing what i desire if i wanted to hang out with other people he can't stop me. so is that confusing? am i wrong for talking to someone else for attention.

Well yes and no, you're not wrong for wanting it, but if it turns out he's not with another woman than you've just dug yourself into deeper hole. So ask him if there's someone else. If he says no and you don't believe him, leave him. His word is all he has, if you don't trust that then you two don't need to be together. Good luck sweetie wuth whatever you decide.

When you are confused, suspect a lie or lies. No you are not wrong for looking to others for attention and connection.

hmmmm.... sounds confusing to me! but your bf sounds like a cool guy. most guys these days only talk about food and football. but, no, your not wrong for talking to someone else. but maybe you should just flow with his moods. good luck
