I have been working out these past couple weeks, and my abdomen is really sore, yet its really hard...is that a normal thing to happen?

yes thats very normal, if your not used to working out alot your abs will tend to be sore for the first few weeks (and hard) keep up the hard work!

yea that is normal. When muscles are sore they get tense and hard. completely normal. Now if it hurts when you stretch it then that could mean that you pulled it.
