I just got one of those at home highlighting kits but i am freaked out! Anyone have any good idea's or tips on how to get a great look! Normally i go to the hair dresser...but i descided to try it this way instead! Argggh any ideas?

take the box back and make an appointment. if people think they can do a good job doing their own hair, with color from a box, why should us professionals go to school for years to learn how to make color look amazing? you should be nervous, the girls on the commercials didn't really get there hair done with that stuff, they had it done by a professional.

I would have a friend come over and help you. My mother tried dying her hair herself once with one of those kits and it REALLY backfired.
