1.25 pounds ground turkey (90% lean) = 20 ounces = 800 total calories.
1/3 cup salsa = 5 1/3 tbsp = 53 total calories
1/3 cup milk (2%) = 43 calories
1/2 cup bread crumbs = 130 calories
1 egg (large) = 75 calories
diced onion (1 medium) = 40 calories
diced celery (1 stalk) = 5 calories
seasoning (assume 3 tsp, avg of seasonings) = 25 calories
ketchup (2tbsp)= 32 calories
dijon mustard (2 tsp) = 9 calories

Total: 1212 calories

If 2 small slices was 1/4 of the total loaf, then it was 303 calories (not too bad).

OK, meat, which is the main ingredient by far, has about 50 calories per ounce. So, if the whole meat loaf is about 2 lbs, and you are eating maybe 1/8 of it, then you are eating 4 ounces, or about 200 calories.
