you should either write him a message as in a secret admirer message and go from there, find out his email addy, or just have a friend go up to him and tell him that you would like to get to know him better or you can tell him yourself.

Make eye contact and smile at him. Say hello and ask how his day is going. Starting a conversation could lead to things you both have in common. Just don't over do it and scare him off. Better find out first if he's already taken. :)

If you really don't know what to do, you're way ahead of yourself as far as dating. Just let him know that he's a crush and let him make the next move, if he's interested. If he doesn't, it's better to let things go.

TELL HIM. No guy would ever be mad if a girl told him that she likes him. He is probably interested in you too, but sees that you aren't acting interested so he doenst want to make the first move. Just tell him, or you will miss the opportunity
