creating a video?

What hardware and software would i need to be able to plug a camcorder into my computer to record and save something onto my computer? where can i buy said products at? thank you!

ADS Instant Dvd. It comes with decent software which would work for you. (Ulead Video Studio and others).
It's actually an analog to digital converter. Purchased it in Canada. Can't remember where but it was an electronics nationally known store.
I've now had it for about 3 years and still going.
