my dog has been eating dirt and just acting weird.Does he have an upset stomach?

If they have an upset stomach they will sometimes eat grass, not dirt. Dogs do eat dirt though, it can give them an upset stomach but unless its excessive dont worry, most dogs do it :)

My dog has been eating dirt lately also. My vet said that it could be a mineral that is missing from her diet. He suggested providing her with more iron.

My Husky/Heeler ate dirt,sticks,leaves& grass all her 1st year, has gotten over it and is very healthy & active.

dogs do eat dirt. and also grass. they are ok
