Lately I've been having chest pains, and it feels like my chest is tightening up on me. I only notice this while I am sitting down. I feel the pressure when I slouch, and when I straighten my back it relieves the pain. I have not gone to the doctor because I thought it would go away but it hasn't. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be, and how to fix it?

Sitting down pushes your stomach up and makes it harder to breath, You should try taking Gas X to see if it helps , Get on a tread mill or walk a couple of miles a day
I would guess your stomach is to large .
.I hope this is all that is wrong and it is not your heart .
Best Wishes .

Don't walk to the hospital call a cart or an ambulance, you can over work your self by walking or by driving. One cardio gram can save your life. Hurry up time might be running out.

Only a doctor can find the cause .. so go seek a doctor. Areas to investigate:

- Overweight
- Acid reflux
- Tight clothes (belt too tight?)
- ..
