Knorr vegetable soup/ dip mix. This is what you blend with the spinach that gives it the flavor, along with sour cream and a little mayo (i think). You can find it in the soup aisle of the store. The instructions are on the back, and it is great with a good round bread. Just make the dip, cut out the center of the bread, put the spinach in the center and rip apart the bread that you took out into small bite sized pieces.

SPINACH DIP

1 pkg. chopped spinach
1 cup sour cream
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable mix

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and vegetable mix together. Drain and add spinach.
Serve with pumpernickel bread!

(Prepare at least 30 minutes before serving to give the vegetable mix enough time to soften.)
