me and the guy im dating went out to the movies. we hadnt seen each other for about a month. so we went back to his house n things got a little heated. he stopped everything and told me he felt horrible cus he thought he was taking advantage of me and im so nice that he thought i was letting him do it. he said we needed to hang out a little bit more before we started getting "hot and bothered" and that he didnt wanna feel horrible about taking advantage of me. what's his deal?

I go through this all the time. My boyfriend and I practically go out almost once a month, so at the beginning or in the end, we do some kinky stuff, that's a way to be more close to him, to spend more with him and just make the most of it in our dates. It's understandable that after so long time without seeing him, things get hot. but hey! if your date is a respectable man, be proud, he seems to be a patient man, that he will respect your decision. But first of all talk to him, communication is VERY important in relationship, so make sure that both of you agreed with something for the next time you go with him, OK?

This guy has serious guilt issues or he has a girlfriend you don't know about, or he's gay. It's probably guilt issues. These can make things uncomfortable and it can make sex emotionally chaged in a bad way. It could also be a weird ploy to "tease" you, but in that case he's not really being honest and kind of playing games.
Try to find someone who is better adjusted and confident and trustworthy and you will have a better time.

Yes, been there, done the same thing. I was out with this girl who was waaaaay to "easy". Not that she was a s!ut or anything like that. I think she just liked me a lot and was willing to do it just to please me. It occurred to me that I really didn't want to have sex just to be having sex. So guys do have a conscious, you know?
In your guys case (after thinking about it some more) could it be that he has a dose of some kind of STD that he's waiting to clear up? If you haven't been with him for awhile, that could be the case...ya know?

It sounds like he doesn't want you to think he just called you to "play". The fact that you have messed around before is all the more reason to make sure you know you are not just a booty call for him. This guy probably has more class than your average guy his age and it sounds like he really likes you.
