I think of the book I'm trying to get published and the dragon designs I'm trying to sell. But more importantly I talk to my family and my best friend. Although I'm tone deaf I love to turn up the tunes a little bit sing my behind off. I'm a crafter so that also helps Just remember everybody has something wonderful to contribute to life When it seems like nothing is worth living for just take a second and think of something that makes you warm and comfortable from there it's usually a step away from a sigh and a smile

I was like that before with NO reason to be. I put it off for a while and finally went to the doctor and they prescribed an anti-depresant. I don't feel that way anymore. I take Wellbutrin everyday. Hope this helps her.

The fact that I have no right to take myself away from the people who love and care about me. The fact that I don't ever want to be that selfish. The fact that I don't want to be seen as a weak person who couldn't deal. Trust me, as bad as you think you have it, there are those who have it worse ten fold. YOU are worth living for. Maybe "things" aren't, but YOU are!!!!!
