It's the best way I use { rubbe your teeth with limon cout one time every day} or { baking soda with limon jouce to aperfect result } and stope coffee and tea it's to harmfull to your health too.

crest and colgate have a special toothpaste made for stain removal as well as rembrandt.also you might try baking soda in the toothpaste as it has a pumice grit tpye of action..
