If that's all the income you had this year, you probably need to use a 1040EZ federal tax return to do your taxes. All the instructions are included with the form. Each line on the form correspondes with a box on your W2. The instructions will tell you which box numbers(from your W2) go with which lines on your tax return. You simply fill in the numbers on your return and calculate the totals.

If that's your total income, you don't need to file a return. But if anything was withheld for federal income taxes, file a 1040EZ form to get it refunded to you.
