About the only things you can do is try to brush it out, floss it out, and try to flush it out by swishing really well. Take a piece of floss and tie a single knot tight in it in the middle, and pull it tight. Slip the floss in between your teeth as you normally would to floss, keeping the knot around your finger to the inside of your mouth. Make sure to go under the tissue with the floss, then slide the floss, pulling the knot under the tissue, through and out. This should dislodge the popcorn skin, you may need to try a couple of times. This won't hurt you other than be uncomfortable since your sore already, but we do it all the time to get cement out and popcorn skins too. If this doesn't work then you'll have to go to the dentist office so they can use a instrument to remove it. Hope you get it but if you don't, try not to keep fussing with it so you don't get it too inflamed. Maybe you can try again in the morning and find success! Good luck!

First try brushing (with an electric one if you have), then flossing and if none of those work try swishing some mouth wash around. And if all fails then wait until the next day if you can, it might be easier to get out the next day.

Good luck, hope you can get it out!!

SKIPERDEE,
SOMETIMES FLOSSING WILL WORK, IF IT DOESN'T IT'S BEST TO VISIT YOUR DENTIST OR HYGIENIST A.S.A.P.
WHY?
YOU DEFINITELY DON'T WANT THE KERNEL TO ROT BETWEEN THE GUMS.

Try flossing it out or brush.
