I have a 1990 Ford Aerostar van. The blower fan recently went out, I replaced it with a used one today, from a salvage yard. The blower fan works, but the air still doesn't come into the vans cab, like it should. I considered taking the dash cover off, to see if there is something to the heater/ac control panel disconnected. But, it started to get dark outside. Is this a possibility? Or is there something else, I need to check. Oh, and I replaced the fuse too, but that wasn't the problem, the fuse was still good. 10 amp, light green. Any imput would be appreciated.

I think the actuator on those is vaccume but I could be wrong, check and see if there are any vaccume lines under the dash and that they're all connected. It could be the door itself in the dash that seperates hot/cold.It may be frozen or stuck.Or it can be a cable attatched to the heater control.Good luck.

maybe your fan isn't able to push enough air. Its a weakling so deal with it or go find another one.
