There are no direct trains from Civitavecchia to any of the 2 Rome's Airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino).
You'll need to go from Civitavecchia to one of Roma's stations and then exchange of train to Fiumicino or to Ciampino. Cost of ticket (one way) is around € 8-10.The trip takes about 2 hours to Fiumicino and 1h30' to Ciampino.

I dont think its expensive. Maybe a half hour on the train. Trains are very complicated and very crowded. Watch closely. You will be fine.
