Yes, MRSA is very serious. If you all of a sudden have a huge boil on your face, go get it looked at. You need to be on antibiotics! I have heard of a young guy dying because his zit was MRSA and he waited for it to go away without treatment.

Sounds like acne to me......nodular acne. This needs to be treated by a dermatologist as it can leave scars that last a lifetime. Only he can confirm this or find out exactly whats going on and either give you the medicines or some prescriptions to cure this. Best of luck to you.
