Are you comfortable with your weight? If yes then continue to stay at your weight. I'm not a doctor but your weight with your height seems to be the average of someone your age. I don't think you need to gain weight unless you feel that you want to.

Sweetie please, you're at a healthy weight. The average weight for someone of your height is between 121 to 159 lbs ok. I was just like you when i was younger but you know what most of those people who tease you are usually jealous ok. You should watch the Tyra Banks show it's very empowerimg. She had the same experience growing up. Maybe you'll learn something from her.

Not unless you are absolutely sure that you do! Believe me, when they see you with the extra pounds, they might say that you looked better before! Losing the wait is harder than gaining it! Don't try to please any one else, or stick your neck out for anyone, unless they mean a lot to you! The people in high school might not be your friend or boyfriend for ever! Make yourself happy, and make the people you know won't ever stab you in the back happy.
I wish that I was skinnier, and I wish that I hadn't waisted my younger years of life, helping people who didn't care about me, or I wanted. They were just thinking about themsleves, and I don't want anyone to have to this crap. But please don't change yourself to please the people who won't give a damn in 10 years.

Are the people telling you that fat? I am 5'4" and 107lb, I have had one child and maintained my weight yet fat women in general harass me and tell me I am too skinny even as to go as far as accuse me of starving myself. So, if you eat and are healthy, just be glad you are naturally skinny and enjoy it. You can eat whatever you want and not worry. Last, for you age height and weight you are within your BMI! Be happy with yourself!!!!

Go check! I swear by the site below, it's really specific. All you have to do is punch in a few numbers, and specify your age and weight, and it spins out your BMI, which stands for Body Mass Index. As long as it's over 17, you're fine!

The only person who can tell you that you need to gain or lose weight is your doctor. Otherwise just let yourself be however you feel comfortable.

Nooo!! Don't listen to what other people say. I'm 5'4 and 104 pounds.people say im too skinny. but hey, its my body and i think i look better than all those people who think they have the best weight. i gain when i want to and leave it at that weight when i want to. wen people say you're skinny, be proud of it and say. yep. im skinny. your choice should be based on yourself, and not others. what if they call you fat when you gain weight? Remember to not let people affect you.
