Why is my girlfriend insecure aabout her body?

She has a daughter, and u know how some girls stomachs get all wrinkled(ground beef)after they have a child? Well, when we are having sex, she always wants to keep her shirt on to hide her stomach. I tell her that I dont care what her stomach looks like, but that doesnt matter to her. How do I break the mold?

probably because you compare her stomach to "ground beef" and simply say you "don't care what her stomach looks like" rather than telling her she's the most beautiful woman in the world to you.
