Wash your clothes with your regular detergent and add a 1/2 cup of vinegar. This will neutralize the smell as well as lift the stain.
Works good for most protein based stains. Good luck and hang in there.

Use Ultra Clorox Bleach Cloths!!! Will get the stains off fast!

Use a washing machine! If that doesn't work then use a clorox magic pen.
