my bestfriend ciarra and i have been bestfriends since we were 6 years old
now were 14 years old.well anyway me and her brother have been really good
friends since i knew ciarra,i've liked him ALOT ever since we first met.
now i think i really love him i mean i've known him for 8 almost 9 years.
alot of people said he likes me alot.Ciarra said she's cool with me asking him
out.i didnt want to ask him out if she was going to get mad because she is my
bestfriend.
im going up ciarra's house sunday and i want to ask him out. do you think i
should?
P.S. he's only a year older than me (15)

Thank you guys! i talked to ciarra about it she said shes totally cool with it and she supports it 100% because she really thinks he likes me.
i have one more question though.ciarra offered to ask him out for me sunday.
should i let her ask him out for me or should i ask him out? if so when would be a good time to ask him out?

It'll change the relationship with Ciarra. She might be cool with it, but it will change things and even if she's cool now a couple weeks or months later she might be real jealous and stop being your friend.
Best to consider that. And when you break up with the guy, who's side is she going to take? You're walking on thin ice, unless you don't really care about the friendship.

In my opinion I think that you should. I mean you have known him for quite a whileand thats deffinatly long enough to know if you surely like him. And if Ciarra is really your friend then she wouldn't mind you asking him out! And about the age thing... to me age doesnt even matter im 15 and my boyfriend is 19 but we've been together for 3 years now. So yes you should ask him out on sunday!

I think it's sort of weird for a girl to ask a guy out, but I probably would. It's good to be friends with him for a while, like you have been, and I that gives you a better chance at him saying yes. GOOD LUCK!!!

I should warn you that it might hurt your friendship with your friend. She's says it's cool, but if you and this boy break up, where does that leave your friendship. I dated one of my brothers best friends and it ruined their friendship when things didn't work out.
Just be careful...there are other guys out there, but how good is your friendship?
