May have to do with the motherly instinct to nurture and take care of anything that doesn't seem right, or out of place.

Because, if they're like me, it makes them feel ugly and they have to get rid of it IMMEDIATELY.
Whenever I have pimples, I hate the way they look it the mirror back at me, as if they know that they're just going to ruin the rest of my day for me. That's why I pop them, but some girls have different reasons.
