Most girls reach their full development by 16; however I know some that have continued growing and developing until age 21. It just depends on your body chemistry. If you have started having periods and are having weight problems and are not developing, you may need to see your dr and be evaluated for polycystic ovarian syndrome, which can cause weight gain, lack of breast development, excessive body hair, and other symptoms.

Women may stop growing at around 18 or later I am not sure. But the maturation process (physical) goes on until about 25 when all bones are fused.

Growth doesn't actually stop until between 25 and 30.
But noticeable growth is usually finished by 18-20.
Don't drink coffee, and take your vitamins ;)
