Better Lobbyist on in Washington D.C. Its like this for example. Two people who are born with devastating disabilities. One is blind and the other is not. The blind person will get more money on disability then the other disabled person, even if the disability is equally debilitating. WHY, The blind lobby in Washington D.C. is outstanding and got a special bill past just for the blind in financial need. So, maybe someone needs to go lobby harder for higher taxes for the boozer, that way when people who are in a free America go to the Bar to not smoke inside and sit on a stool to drink below the 0.8% alcohol level before they go home to take that prescription drug that was a triplicate form and cost them 50.00 with insurance coverage, we will find more things we can tax, taxxxxxxes uauauuyayayyaya

I guess because when you smoke everyone within a thirty foot radius is smoking and when you drink you aren't pouring alcohol down the throat of an entire crowd.

They are trying to discourage people from smoking so they hike the taxes on cigarettes.
