Sure, people can believe that. All they have to do is totally ignore the evidence.

Evolutionist time table is at fault.

Do you know that there are several places around the world where you can find human and dinosaur footprints in the same rock! This is definitely against evolution so they just ignore it.

Also they have found rocks that are suppose to be older than the i
time of the dinosaurs with mammal footprints.

At the rate the oceans are getting saltier (even with the polar caps melting) they would have been fresh water only a few thousand years ago.

At the rate the moon is moving away from earth, it would have been rolling on earth's surface only a few hundred thousand years ago (and there would have been a huge wave following the moon around when it was only half the distance it is now).

The amount of helium in our atmosphere should have leveled out within 10,000 years, but it is still changing.

Yes, it's hard to believe, but some people seriously do believe the earth is only 6000 years old. A 1997 survey (sorry I don't have something more recent) showed that 44% of Americans held a YEC view, which is a pretty sad commentary on the US education system. The vast majority of this 44% considered themselves highly religious and didn't have any college education in a scientific discipline, and that pretty much tells the story.

In America yeah, 48% of people are dumb and uneducated enough to think that humans co-existed with Dinosaurs.

It really is remarkable that some people believe the world began 6,000 years ago... which was AFTER the time period archaeologists refer to as the "Agricultural revolution", and 1,000 years AFTER the Sumerian people invented glue and the Babylonians invented beer. Also Chinese recorded history goes back further than the bible's creation story.

But some people are just stupid. Religious have a startling capacity to deny the obvious.

Really I believe it. I believe the dating methods that say millions of years or flawed. Something to think about, the bible is not a scientific text, but when it speaks of science it is always ahead of its time and correct. It has never been proven wrong, science though is constantly changing its mind or proving itself wrong. Takes more faith to believe science than God.

If you are interested in reading scientific articles that show why I believe as I do check out this web site.

80 million years huh? Why don't they just claim it's 100 million....or why not 100 trillion?
The theories people continue to fall for in EVILution astounds me. This is quite possibly Satan's greatest, or at least in his top 3 greatest deceits of alltime. And people continue to fall for it.
I'll pray for the lost, as I always do.

AMEN Tim! (above ) It's a fact dino tracks were found in same layer of bedrock as human footprints in Texas (among other places) Evolutionists turn their backs to this evidence because it PROVES they are following a LIE.

first of all, the age of 6000 years is most correctly connected to the age of the genealogy listed in the bible. Adam lived for almost a complete day in the time of the lord, but in the time of this planet he lived to almost a thousand years.
When abraham saw the "vision" of creation it took him 6 and 7 days to veiw it in our TIME frame. so the actual creation may have been only 7000 years or it may have been 7 aeons.
Paul clearly taught that a day with the lord is as a thousand years to us.
But was Adam exiled from the garden of eden in the seventh day or was he kicked out in the 8th day. ? I think the 8th day to circumcise and infant speaks a symbolic time table that Adam and eve were kicked out of the garden after they finished the 7th day and were restricted from seeing god in the 8th day.

Stick around...you will be amazed at what people will believe in!

Jesus is lord and master. Soul's and ghosts don't exist. Science is the only God there is - trust me, it gets fun around here.
