you don't really need a recipe, a great way to get it really crispy is using bread crumbs when you are breading.
Crack an egg and beat in a bowl.
in anohter bowl have your seasoned flour.
in another bowl have your seasoned bread crumbs.
dust the shrimps in the flour, dip into the eggs, and coat with the bread crumbs.
Dip into the fryer oil (350 degrees at least)
make sure your oil is clear for a clean taste :)

Panko also called Japanese style breadcrumbs are the way to go. Just no substitute for a great light crispy crust.
Peel and devein shrimp, (if available use pink gulf shrimp), toss in a bowl with a little salt pepper and fresh lemon. dredge in flour then drop in buttermilk and then the bread crumbs. if you put the bread crumbs in a zip lock bag and shake the shrimp it is less messy.
If you have a deep fat fryer good for you if not: Put enough oil in a heavy bottomed pan like cast iron to cover shrimp fully. An inch and a half or two inches should do it.Heat to 375 degrees and add shrimp slowly careful not to do too many at once or the oil will cool and they will become greasy. Fry till golden brown. They will begin to float. Serve with fresh lemon wedges, cocktail sauce and or tarter sauce.
For a nice treat, mix some crumbled blue cheese and chopped celery into some buffalo sauce and toss the shrimp when they are done.
Your gonna love these shrimp!
Good luck

Toast two peices of any kind of bread. While toasting, mix flour in a bowl, crumple the toasted bread into crunchy crumbs into the flour. Mix it up into a crunchy flour mix. Fry some shrimp and pour the mixture in, fry until shrimp turn into a golden brown (the breading should be covering the shrimp, making a golden brown color). While the shrimp is frying, you could cook some veggies, too. Once the shrimp has finished frying, pour it onto a large plate or container. Let shrimp cool into a warm chrunchy delight, and keep cooking the veggies. Once veggies are good enough to eat, pour the veggies on the side of the same plate or container that contains the shrimp. Enjoy!

Clean the shrimp, pat dry, dip in flour, then a flour-water-beer mix, then smash into panko crumbs. Lay on a sheet and freeze them. Then all you have to do is fry them at about 375. They turn out great. My customers loved them.
