my wisdom teeth have been coming in for the last few years, and they are starting to push through some more. my gums are strating to get sore around the tooth, and swell a bit.the tooth it self does not bother me at all it just the gums around it. should i get them taken out or is this apart of them coming through?

YOU ARE BASICALY TEETHING BASICALLY THE SAME AS WHEN YOU WERE VERY YOUNG AND GETTING YOR FIRST TOOTH.
WHETHER YOU SHOULD GET THEM EXTRACTED DEPENDS ON ROOM AND SPACE. IF THERE IS SUFFIENT ROOM FOR THEM AND YOU WANT THEM TOO FULLY COME IN, THEN SOME ORAJEL AND A SOFT DIET MAY REALLY HELP YOU. BUT, IF NOT THEN REMOVAL WOULD BE NEEDED.

I would suggest going to the dentist and get the teeth taken care of.

They often come in crooked, or diseased.

All dentist recommend getting ALL wisdom teeth pulled unfortunately.

It will get worse. However, some people actually went through it fine. I couldn't. I took them out!

You should probably see an Oral Surgeon for a consult. Why let it escalate into something worse.

You need to see a dentist to see if they should be removed.
