Okay Icy, calm down. Some people are rude on line because they are cowards who couldn't possibly face people and be that rude. The rest are just the same as they are on line or off, rude and crude or polite and respectful of others.

Some people are so rude. I find there are even questions aimed at insulting people. I don't understand why they bother if they are going to be jerks.
I only answer questions if I really think I can help or if it's a topic I know about.
I don't answer just to get the points.

I find that many times the rude ones are 12 year olds with unlimited access to the computer and no supervision. You can tell by the way they misspell the simple insult words and body parts.

I do agree with you...
Too many unhappy people here that their answers really affect other people until they become rude like them.... Very sad actually to know the fact that love and kindness are often defeated by hatred and rudeness in this forum.
Unhappy people like it when everybody else unhappy. There is always sort of like a bitterness or a sourness in people when they see someone is happy. Misery loves company.

I think people tend to get a little bit more intense and downright rude with the anonymity that we enjoy on YA. We type things that we would never say to someones face.

Just shake it off and laugh.
