Nobody can answer this question for you, because we don't know where you live, and what the local laws are that pertain to alcohol serving in that location.

Try updating the question with more information.

Most states allow people over 18 to serve alcohol, or they wouldn't have any waitresses/waiters.

In most states you have to be 18 to serve alcohol, so you can do that, but being a bartender under 21 is up to the individual bar whether they'll let you work and serve drinks there or not.

Most likely you have to be 21; however if your family owns a bar you will be allowed to tend bar. You might want to call the state tavern league and ask them about bartending at your age.

Legally. However, very few places will hire you. Not only are you just a puppy, you're not experienced and most places are looking for at least two years to be hired. Getting into this industry brand new is a very tough thing. Having a couple years to add to yourself would help you allot.

Yes. When you are 16, you can work at a resaurant or bar that sells alcohol, when you are 18, you can serve the alcohol, and of course, once you are 21 you can drink the alcohol.

YES, you only have to be 18 to serve liquor and some bar owners prefer to have younger bartenders because they are less likely to get drunk on the job

yes, you can serve at 19, but you can't drink what you serve, and I believe you can only bartend at a restaurant, not at somewhere that is just a bar.
