My best freind get gas /diarrhea EVERY time she eats even a bite she has to take idmoeum ad every day to try to stop .She has has a colonoscopy a few times gone to the doc.and hosp. they dont say why.She has change her whole diet and still she gets it ,she now has gotten to the point she wears dipers all the time .I am very worryed about her ,she has had gi`s,catscans,mri`s,ultrasounds every thing HELP please

Your friend needs to stop taking Imodium. and keep a record of what she eats and how much. having all these test should have shown something. Right now is seems that she is throwing Her system into a spasm routine. Eat go to the bathroom. It could very well be her diet. I know this sounds silly but IBS is very hard to diagnose and that is what it sounds like.

Go to health food store & buy something called "acidophilus". See if that helps.
