I'm a distance guy so I don't have a lot of experience with sprint spikes, but i recommend checking out any sales on eastbay. They have a sister site I can't remember the name of that has great deals on shoes. I have a friend with the Brooks F1s and I have to admit they are sharp. I am a fan of asics so Ill mention their japan Lite-ning. I normally am not real big on Nike, but a pair of slightly older Superfly's are a good cheap way to go.

Brooks F1 The F1 is a serious sprint shoe for serious sprinters. Its eight-spike Pebax™ plate material is lighter and stronger than conventional material, enhancing traction and boosting propulsion at toe-off. A streamlined, shrouded upper with fast-action zipper reduces drag and fits like a glove.
and Twitch S,lightweight sprint spike designed for distances of up to 400 metres.
