DO SOME TRAINING. DO A LOT OF LEG STRETCHES B4 U RUN. GO A LITTLE AT A TIME. PACE URSELF. START OFF RUNNIN A SHORT DISTANCE OR TIME AND BUILD UP EACH DAY. DONT START OFF RUNNING EVERY DAY.L SET A GOAL AND WORK UR WAY UP FROM THERE.YOULL BE IN BETTER SHAPE AND SPEED IN NO TIME!

you can run faster by making sure your form is good and dont take baby steps when u run . train as much as u can but dont wear ur self out.

You need to work out your legs and get the muscles strong. If you run and build up endurance it will help you too.

practice running short distances then slowly increase the distance you run. eat healthy. do excercises before running.

increase flexibility for longer strides. work your legs and pump your arms. make sure to lift your knees especially when really tired.
